Yes and no - Arlington still exists but is not a real town. However, there is a post office there, and several houses in the area. I am president of the Kiowa County Historical Society, and have a card file of vital statistics from the local newspapers. If you tell me your husband's name, and also if you know it, his parents' names, I can check my card file for you.
Arlington is on Colorado 96 (an extension of Kansas 96) on the east end of Kiowa County - just over the line is Sugar City, and later Ordway. Ordway should be on any Colorado map, as it is a fairly large village - one of the state prisons is now located near there.
