I found Thomas and Natalia in 1900 in Cripple Creek. I searched in Ancestry and FamilySearch and that was the only couple listed with your criteria. Didn't find Ida.
Thomas may have died after the 1900 Census or they may have divorced even though the 1910 Census says widow.
There is a volunteer who searches for divorces at freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~obitl/volco.html
Scroll down to last entry after the county names.
Finding death information for Thomas will be more difficult because Colorado doesn't publish this info on-line. Also where this info resides isn't clear either.
I'd check with the Teller County Clerk & Recorder, co.teller.co.us/CR/default.aspx. You'll need to talk to them because there web site doesn't mention old death records.
Another source to check with is the Teller County Public Health, tellercountypublichealth.org/contact-us/ . Successful Searching!
