Just came upon these postings - realize I'm a couple years late. :)
My direct line is to these Thompsons - Daniel W. Thompson and Rachel Sharp through Clara Adeline Thompson(Mar 13, 1829 - Oct 3, 1909) who married Henry D. Webster. Both C. Adeline and Henry are buried at the Odd Fellows Cem. in Smyrna.
William Alfred Thompson is the full name of the son who was born Apr 1, 1832 - died July 4, 1863. (Am trying to find out reason for his death - did not know if it was possible that he was serving in the CIvil War???Just a guess.)
Clara Adeline Thompson (a sister to William Alfred Thompson) names one of her sons William Alfred (Webster)and the middle name Alfred is my Dad's as well.
William Alfred THompson married Susan Elizabeth WEbster (a sister to Henry D. Webster.).They had 4 children/1 died in childhood.
For any interested descendents of this Thompson line, I do have some family information as well as a few photos such as one of Susan E. Webster Thompson and Clara Adeline Thompson Webster.
