Also, Ebenezer Morton has a Probate record active from 1795 to 1802 on file at the Delaware Public Archives in Dover, DE. Sylvester Welsh has a probate record active 1831 to 1832 at same. Also, Sylvester Welsh served as a private in Captain Isaac Grantham's Company, Lower District of New Castle, 1778; also private in the Christiana Militia, Captain William McClay's Company, from 1779-1780, Revolutionary War. Strangley, there was a "Morton Welsh" who served in the Christiana Militia, Captain William McClay's Company, from 1779-1780.
