Thanks for the response!Mr. HUDSON is a mystery man, to me and to everyone in the extended family.

Virginia (JOHNSON) HUDSON, her two young daughters, her divorced sister Lucile (JOHNSON) BLAIR, and her mother Frances Cornelia (TURNER) JOHNSON moved from Wauchula to Kissimmee, Osceola County in 1921 and all lived in and near there until their deaths.

Florida Death Certificates relating to this HUDSON man

1. Virginia (JOHNSON) HUDSON (his former wife) died 09/16/1934 in Kissimmee. The divorced husband is listed as "H.H. HUDSON" with no indication of birthplace. The informants were Lucile JOHNSON (she had dropped the BLAIR surname) and the funeral director E.C. Grissom of Kissimmee.
Lucile JOHNSON was a prominent businesswoman in Kissimmee, worked in a legal office, held several official posts in the County, and probably knew (or should have known) her sister's husband.

2. Gwendolyn HUDSON (Virginia's unmarried younger daughter) died 09/16/1935 in Kissimmee. The father is listed as "Joseph HUDSON", with birthplace shown as "Unknown".The informant again was Lucile JOHNSON.

3. Audrey Estelle (HUDSON)CROUSE (Virginia's married older daughter) died 05/16/1978 in Orlando, Orange County. The father was listed as "Joseph HUDSON", no birthplace requested or shown. The informant was Grissom Funeral Home in Kissimmee, and the Certificate was signed by Edward C. Grissom, Jr. as Funeral Director.

...................

That is ALL that I know about the mysterious Mr. HUDSON.

I have searched every database known and available to me (Ancestry.com, FamilySearch, Find-a-Grave, plain old Google, in every conceivable combination) and have found nothing that I can put any faith in.

Perhaps someone will recognize some small clue and help point me in the right direction.

Thanks!
