My name is Kimberly Roller.Julia Aline Rose was my maternal grandmother. Her children are Joseph Wesley Rose, Jeanette Aline Roller, Deborah Ann Ray and Joedi Kay Heffron. My uncle Joe passed away in February of 1995.The rest of the children are still living.I have two daughters, Alicia Suggs age 18 who is married and Makayla Bishop, age 13.I have a sister, Pamela Steiner who has two boys Anthony, age 24 and James age 19.Anthony has two boys Caleb who will be 3 at the end of August and Levi who is just six weeks old--born on the fourth of July.My aunt Debbie has two children, Robert Joseph and Robin Annette.Bobby Joe has one boy and Robin has one girl and one boy and one granddaughter. We have been looking for more family members since my grandmother's passing but have had no luck until now. Grandpa Joseph Miller was married to a woman by the name of Jeanette for which they had nine children together. She died possibly of cancer. My mother is trying to recall all of the children's names...Clifford Miller, Mamie Fitzgerald, Lucian Miller, Sabra Clark and Claude Miller are all that she can recall at the moment. Uncle Clifford Miller was the mayor of Carrrabelle, Florida and his wife aunt Tillie was the midwife of Franklin County until 1963 for which she has the Tillie Miller Bridge named in her honoras well as a park that will be named in her honor. They had no children. Uncle Cliff was born December 6, 1889 and died in 1963.Tillie Miller was born November 29, 1900 and died March 19, 1967.We believe she was born in Alabama.Uncle Cliff was a half brother to grandma and aunt Margaret. Margaret Miller Duke had two sons and we believe that one of their names was Robert and we believe that they lived in Montgomery,Alabama. Mamie Fitzgerald was a half sister whom we believe was killed in PanAm Flight 759 back in 1982 along with other family members. We believe she lived in Addis, Louisiana and was a member of the Ladies Auxillary to the VFW.A small photo of her is posted on their website.
Grandpa Miller is burried by his first wife in Coon Hill Cemetary in Jay, Florida and my grandmother's ashes were burried at his headstone.
I'm sure we have more information and as my mother recalls it I will send you a message. Please let me know of any information you have.We have been trying to find out what Native American tribe Nettie Miller belonged to.
