Hi Janis,
Thank you so much for posting to my query. I am absolutely delighted to accept your kind offer of assistance in getting Cemetery information in Long Valley, Idaho. It will be wonderful if your friend can give me information about pioneer Cemeteries in the Long Valley location.
I know so little about Long Valley as to what the names of the towns or pioneer communities are or where the County Seat was in 1888-1892.
I am searching for the grave of my g-g- grandmother, Jemima Harris Jasper Brown who arrived in Long Valley with her son, George Galen Brown and his family in 1888. I do not know where or what community the Brown family settled. But it is recorded that Carrie Brown, daughter of George Galen Brown, was married to Ira Rutledge while George Galen Brown's family was living in Long Valley. The marriage record I found on Valley County web site list only long Valley as Carrie Brown's address.
I am delighted to receive any information about Long Valley Pioneer Cemeteries and communities or suggestions about how I might find the location of where the George Brown family lived.
Thank you so very much for your help.Sincerely,Lillian
