His full name was Richard Franklin Utterback and he can be found under the name Richard, and she under the names Melinda and Linnie. You will find them in the Monroe County, MO census records raising a large family.
The Missouri Archives posted her death certificate online under the name Melinda Utterback. She died Mar 27, 1931 in Monroe County of pneumonia.
As for going back more generations, in 1870 John McQueen & family are living in Flat Rock Twp., Bartholomew Co., IN. Several generations of McQueens live in the area.
