I do rememer that my father-in-law said that his fathers name was Edward, but the name on the cemetery marker is Edwin Worthington. But, alittle family secret, my father-in-law remarried shortly after his wife, my mother-in-died. He marriedhis wifes cousin, not even 6 months after his wifes death. She was very possessive of him, and seem to hate any one talking about his first wife.He had a marker and a place of rest right next to my mother-in-law. She didn't want any of that. After all that, I now wonder iof she didn't hunt up a Worthington in a cemetery and taked him into being buried next to her in that cemetery, away from the rest of his family. I wonder now if the name on the marker as his father, is really his father, or just a name she saw, and decided to get their graves there, away from the rest of his family. There was also a few other things that she did, to pull myfather-in-law away from his family, and did things against my mother-in-laws wishes. I know that this sounds far far fetched, but you didn't know the second wife.
