I know very little about Annie Irene Graham except that she was married in Lake, Illinois, April 25, 1844, and she gave birth to my grandmother in 1864. I do not know if Annie was Irish, but it sounds reasonable, in that I remember childhood stories about my Scots-Irish and Irish ancestors. What confuses me is the gap of time between Annie's marriage and the birth of my grandmother, Mary Stevens. I am guessing that perhaps Annie,in her 40s, died in childbirth, in 1864, because Myron Hamilton Stevens had another wife, Mary Ingalls. It could be possible that the two wives are listed in reverse order. It could be that Mary Ingalls was the first wife and married Myron in 1844; and Annie Irene Graham was his second wife. Of course, women did still have children in their forties and I am guessing her age because I have no birthdate for Annie. You see, I have much more information on the Stevens line. I'm just starting on the Grahams.
Could you give me more information about Andrew Graham, his parents, where he lived, etc? Who were his brothers and sisters?
I am going to Los Angeles later this month and plan to do more records research at the L.A. County death records or at Forest Lawn where my grandparents were buried.
