By 1880, Chauncey Stewart had settled near St. Paul, Howard Co., NE.(Perhaps his name is spelled without the "e" in the census.)Chauncey lived to age 90, and his wife was Mary Ann Southworth.I have obits for both of them.
I don't know who Ardella was. And, as far as I know, the four Stewarts buried beside William C. Hyde are not related to my line.I have quite a bit of information on several of my Stewart generations, and do not see any connection to these four names.
Do you have any information on David Hyde's 1812 war service?I wonder if he and John Stewart served together?
