I found Charles E. Hollister on the 1900 in Chicago, wife Elizabeth and no children;but her father is shown as having been born in Ireland and her mother in Lousiana; 1910, 1920 and 1930, Charles E. and children in Champaign. I can send the data for these census if you need them. I do believe that Bernard Martin must have been Elizabeth's father, as in 1920 Charles Hollister's son is shown as Bernard Hollister, age 18. This same son is James B. in 1930. He appears to have been named for the fathers of both his parents. Hope this helps, let me know if there is anything else I might do to help with your research. I live in Algonquin, McHenry Co. Regards, Barb
