My understanding is that the fee is $27, when the Social Security number is provided or $29 if the Social Security number is unknown or incorrect. Enclosed is a check or money order for $___________, made payable to the Social Security Administration.

Once you find out when and where they were married, if you don't already know, send off for the county office for the marriage certificate.
The marriage certificate may tell who her parents were.
I checked the 1920 census records for White and Gallatin but did not find her listed with a parent.Any idea where/when she was born?
