Saw your query about Osiah PALMER. I am also looking for an Osiah or Oziah PALMER. H ewas born in Ohio. He came through Madison Station, Alabama during the Civil War, so the story was told by his ancestors. He returned here in 1866 and bought 80 acres of land. He has a young boy buried here in the Madison, Alabama Cemetery in 1870. He must have gone back north. His brother Samuel and his family came here from Ohio and settled what is now PALMER Road. Could be the same Osiah/Oziah Palmer.?Would like to her from you at your concenience.
