Thanks for answering so soon. Are you descended from Moses Bacon? If you are, I would love for us to work together and try to find the parents of Moses and Isaac Bacon. In later Census Isaac gave his birth states as TN TN TN.
Isaac was born in 1819 TN, he married Jane Coonrod on July, 21, 1836 in Posey County, Indiana.
1818, July 21, Posey County, Aaron Bacon married Nancy Love.
1820 Census Posey County, IN, lists:
Aaron Bacon age 26 - 45, 2 females age 26 - 45, 6 young males and 3 young females plus the one extra in the 26 - 45 age range.
Lynn twp, Posey County:
Edmund Bacon age 26 - 45, wife 26 - 45, 3 young males, 1 male age 16 - 26, 1 young female.
Aaron and Edmund could be brothers.Same age group.
This is a lot of family for someone [Aaron] just married for 2 years.Could it be siblings?Such as Moses and Isaac and others.
1830 Census Indiana Posey County, Black twp
Moses Bacon, 1 child and wife.
Nancy Bacon, 1 male the age to be her husband Aaron, and 4 young males.
1840 Census Indiana Posey County, Black twp
Moses Bacon 30 - 40, wife 20 -30, 2 young males, 3 young females.
Isaac Bacon 20 - 30, wife 15 - 20, 1 young female.
Robinson twp Posey County:
Edmund Bacon 50 - 60, wife 50 - 60, 5 young males, 1 young female.
Isam Bacon 20 - 30, and another male same age, wife 20 - 30, 4 young males, 2 young females.
You may have done all this research and still banging you head, that is what I have been doing for years now.I know nothing on the parents of Isaac Bacon or his wife Jane Coonrod.I know all about them from their marriage on, but not their parents. This is the only line of my family or my husband's family I have not been able to follow.
