Michael Bumbleburg, 58, carbuilder at the Monon shops, died unexpectedly of a heart attack Wednesday night at 9:10 o'clock at his home, 1616 Center street.Born in Lafayette, Dec. 17, 1879, he had spent his entire life here.On August 15, 1902 he married Pauline Killian, who died Sept. 11, 1918.Oct. 27, 1921, he married Mrs. Pearl Mansfield, who survives with three sons, Paul, George, and Vernon:four daughters, Mrs. Mary Heick, Gilberta, Ethel and Patricia, all of this city, also two step-daughters, Mrs. John McBride and Mrs. Harry Walker, Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Crouse, and Mrs. Sophia O'Leary, Chicago, and a brother, Theodore Bumbleburg, Lafayette.He was a member of the Railroad Carmen Union No. 156.Friends may call at the residence after 6 o'clock Thursday evening.Services will be held there Saturday morning at 10 o'clock; Rev. J.A. Lord of St. Paul's M.E. church officiating.Burial in St. Boniface cemetery.Murphy funeral director, in charge.
