In 1850 Margaret and children are living next door to a James Smith (age 28) and her brother Jeremiah Elliott. i don't know where Wm but he's listed with Margaret & family 1860 and has the 4 youngest children in 1870 i also don't know if he'd been married before Margaret... Wm H Smith ends up with part of the children in IL.
This Wm H is the son of Elizabeth Radcliff & Nicholas S.
