Angela. The story of Indian Chief Lott signing the Rabbit Dance Treaty seems to be known by all Lott descendants. There is no Indian by this name on the treaty. It is unfounded, although many believe it. I suggest you contact John Barron to get on the LottCircle board that will assist you greatly in your Lott descendants. They also toss this story around alot. John's email address is [email protected]. I do not have the Armstrong information.I know William J. Armstrong b. Oct. 18, 1862 d.Sept. 18, 1945 married May 10, 1891 in Newton County Tx to Amadilla Lott b. Oct. 27, 1867 d.June 26, 1935. Amadilla's parents were Nathan Lott and Dicey Lott (Dicey's maiden name was also Lott). If you would like this line geneology, I would be glad to give it to you. Yes, Trent Lott is related, by not directly from my line. He is a distant cousin, not sure how though.Good luck. Cindy
