Property values in 1760s Boston?
I'm working on a project in which I need to find out what some average property values might've been for a small lot with a house near, or on the water, in late 1760s Boston.

I've tried searching online, but only come up with deed indices.
I'm hoping someone with ancestors in the area in that time frame might have some either deeds or estate records that might reveal typical property values of the era.
(I'm wondering if it's similar as it would be today, whereby a small city lot on the water, or near the water, would cost about as much as a farm in a more rural community.)
Thanks in advance.
