No I didn't make a typo, and I am pretty sure I wasn't sloppy while looking. I haven't been doing this very long and I am learning as I go.
I do have his marriage license, certificate there is no mention of his parents, not even a place for their names. All the marriage documents I have say him and my Grandmother were married May 3rd 1936.
The 1940 census lists him, my grandmother and my father in Denver. They lived at 660 Meade in in district 16-193 and are on page 15.
I did find another Frank M. Taylor in Denver in 1930 married to Mabel and her mother Mary Wolverton lived with them. Are these the people you are referring to? They lived at 285 South Pennsylvania in District 93, and they are listed on page 24.I have wondered if this is him as well, and have kept that open for another line of research. I am looking for them in the 1940 census to see if it could be him or not. If they are still listed, it obviously can't be him. My father says he doesn't know of a previous marriage, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen.
