At the left, also click on "Townships" because it will show how they are arranged by location.Lee Twp is at the very north part of Calhoun County, and borders Walton Twp. in Eaton County to the north.Many folks in Lee Twp, Calhoun County, also ended up in cemeteries in Walton Twp, Eaton County.Although there are a number of Williams listed in a cemetery transcription book for Walton Twp (I have the book here) I do not find your George & Anna, however do find the following.

WILLIAMS, George E. 17 May 1881 53Y 3M 7D Son of George & Ann Williams- He is interred in the Olivet City Cemetery (Eaton County) Section B-2.He seems to be born much later, but a possible connection for you.
You will of course want to take a look at most of the county cemeteries in Calhoun County.In my experience with a Raymond family of Calhoun County marrying into the Sheldon family of Eaton County, some of there family is in Marshall (Calhoun).
