The moving Vietnam War Memorial Wall just came to the small town that I live in. I looked on the wall for my parent's surname's and found one in mom's Beebe name for a young man that was from Ceresco, Michigan. I'm sure he's related because most - if not all - of the Beebe's are related.
I've searched for this young man that was killed in Phuoc Long, South Vietnam on January 21, 1970, but cannot find him listed on any family trees.
The veterans told me that if I could find out where Larry was buried, they would add the information to his record. I did find him listed on findagrave.com, but no place of burial is listed. The information on Larry does indicate that his body was recovered.
Larry Dwayne Beebe was killed on his 25th day of service in Vietnam. He started his service on December 28, 1969 and was killed in action on January 21, 1970.
If anyone could help me find his family line, I would appreciate it and if you know where he is buried, I would pass the info on.
The following information is copied from his page on findagrave.com, but the info is also available from the veteran's associations that manage the wall (Find A Grave Memorial# 51777038):
