Calvin M Reed and Agnes Chiles Family

I am researching the lineage for my ancestors, Calvin M Reed and his wife, Agnes Chiles. They married in Anderson County, Tennessee on 16 Jan 1832. This couple moved to Polk County, Missouri prior to the 1850 census.

Family history has it that Agnes was the daughter of John Chiles (b. 1782 in Virginia, d. after 1840 in Tennessee) and Catherine "Katy" Cox. Supposedly John Chiles was the son of Rowland Chiles and Nancy Sandlin. I have no information on the lineage of Katy Cox. I can't prove any of this information on the lineage of Agnes Chiles and appreciate any information on this line.

I have been unable to find anything as to the lineage of Calvin M Reed. Any information anyone has on him and his lineage would be greatly appreciated. All I know is that he was born around 1817 in Tennessee. According to the 1840 census, he and his family lived in Knox County.
