William H. is still in Cedar Township, Boone Co. MO in 1910.There is also a David Moreau, age 61, b. VA - could be William H.'s brother?
From birthplaces, it appears Francois perhaps came to North Carolina first, then on to Virginia and finally to Tennessee where he died.
Check www.findagrave.com - I looked briefly - there are a number of Moreaus buried in Boone Co., MO.
