Gray Genealogy Experts...Suggestions please??
I am so stumped. I have been searching for years and years.
Peter Gray/Grey. Born 1812-1814.
I have1860 thru 1880 census records. But I can not find anything befoere that on Peter Gray/Grey.
I do know that he died in Missouri, but all records were destroyed in a fire in Missouri and there are no records.
So I could not get a death certificate.
I would like to know anything. Did he have any parents, siblings? Perhaps he was adopted?
I do know according to a small obit that I have is that Peter Grey/Gray died in or at Griffin Missouri, October 30th 1902. He was 90.
They he and his son Orrin P. Gray were going to there new home in Missouri.
I do know that he married Sabrina Parsons in 1835. She along with her parents moved in 1814 to Bristol Ontario county New York. She was the youngest of 14 children. They moved there from Enfield Conn.(I recently received news of Sabrina Parsons and her father, mother and siblings)
I was told that the Grey/Gray's were from England/Scotland areas.
Please if anyone can help? I don't know where else to go to look.
Just a note...
