Dear Linda. Thank you for your E-mail which I saw on the internet. I am Albion's historian. I have numerous Albion history books and materials avaiable. Go to www.albionmich.com, which is the Albion home page. Click on the Albion HIstory Directory in the lower right. Then to my Historical Notebook, then choose mybooks and materials option to see what I have.OK I just found the obituary of Mrs. Lynn A. Nolan. (1975)(Apparently they owned the Albion Froxen Food Market from 1949 to 1968, which is still in existence.) Obit states: Surviving are her husband Lynn, 2 sons: Dale L. Britton, Parma, and Theorodre J. Britton, El Paso, Tx. Burial in Albion Memory Gardens." You should contact the Brittons to find out if they know anything, I guess. Mrs. Esther (Perkins) married Lynn A. Nolan in 1938 in Angola, Indiana. Her obit states she had 4 brothers: Clifford Perkins, Montpelier, OH, Vestser Perkins, Camden, MI, Walter Perkins, Zephyrhills, FL, and Ora Perkins, Evart, Mich. Hope this information helps. Frank Passic, Albion Historian.
