Stauffer / Stouffer's in Ulysses and other places in Nebraska

I am looking for information about some of my family ancestors who moved to Nebraska in the early 1900's and stayed out there.
they lived in various places but Ulysses and Litchfield come to mind.

I think some names were John roy,
one of the Stoufers married a Wyganer woman
there are others but names don't come to mind right now but this famiy originally came from WEstern Pennsylvania and the head of the family was born in WAshington Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
Have some info but would like to update what I have for a book I am writing
