Thomas, You're dead on with these three census records... that is my grandfather Frank's family. BUT they have a few of the details incorrect. He was 41 when he married grandmother Rose, not 49. He was 34 when he immigrated to the US in 1912. I've checked Ellis Island before, but will try it again, now that I have a more accurate date for his immigration and the point of departure that another kind soul found for me. I now may be able to find the ship, etc. The death records you have given I don't believe are related to me.... nothing fits. Ancestry.com and familysearch.com are well known to me and have been most helpful. I'll try that worldvitalrecords site and see what happens. Thanks for all your efforts in trying to help me. Every little bit helps to complete the puzzle. I had not seen the occupation "punch press operator" before. I knew he was a fruit farmer.... I was born on the fruit farm where he died.... just a few miles south of the one mentioned in the 1940 census. They raised blackberries, strawberries, peaches and grapes. Now it has blueberries on it.... acres and acres of them. Thanks again.
