John and Daisy had a daughter born in 1902 and died in 1912. Appears that she may be buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, listed as Effie P. Cook (P = Pearl). Supposedly died of freak accident at home.
John and Daisy had a son born in 1904 named John or John S. Cook. He reportedly only lived for 6 weeks or 6 months. Appears to also be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
