Hi

I suspect that Louisa Young, daughter of Jesse Young, may have married my great-gradfather, Adam L. Means. He is listed as a neighbor to Jesse Young in the 1870 census. There is a marriage record listed on the Ancestry.com database linking Adam L Means and Louisa Young. There was a family history posted earlier on the Internet listing a Lenore Young as married to him although I could never figure out the connection nor confirm this (Risewick, Philippi, and Wells Family (deeneccer@aol.com)).This family history also lists Robert Means as their son, and he is listed on the 1880 US census with my great-gradmother.Adam L. and Louisa may have been married in Nodaway County, MO.I also suspect that Adam L Means lived in Nodaway, his siblings lived there, and his third wife (my great-grandmother) lived there. However, Louisa is not listed in the 1870 census.
