I went to Goggle and entered " Cuming County Nebraska Poor Farm" It brought up " Archives Records" in checking through them I find" Subgroup Three, County Board of Supervisors 1862-1969; Series three, General Corrspondence and Miscellany; Vol 1 Poor Farm Record 1900-1918."
The History of Nebraska , page 238;
"Cuming Co. West Point, the County seat, has a 160 acre Poor Farm valued at $64.000. Three male indigents are cared for"I'm not sure the date of the History but it is quite possible about the time of Louis' residency.
Thats the size of my look see, Hope some will help.
