Ed Decker b 1875 ILL,Riverton,Franklin

I have been told by a cousin that my Grandfather Ellis Brown Decker B 1875 Montgomery co ILL , had a twin brother named Ed , it could have been Edward or Edwin or maybe even Elwin or theodore she called him uncle Ed .She mentioned that he lived in riverton, Franklin co.and had a family there . Ellis lived in North bend and died there in 1928 , married twice and had 6 children. I don't know if this is a real twin or not , but would like anyone with any knowledge to respond , thanks for any help ,
