STODDARD:Truman and Sarah (STANSBIE) Stoddard came to NE in the late 1870's and homesteaded in Frontier, Gosper and Furnas Co's.In the 1880 census, they are shown in West Muddy Pct.Sarah's brother John Stansbie was in East Muddy at the same time.
Truman and Sarah had: Etta Mabel, who married Alonzo Warren RUSSELL 5 June 1901. Ruby May, who married Otto H.K. Breck(s) 31 May 1909 Roy Elmer b. 1888 d. 1891 b. Snowball Cem. BRECK/BRECKS:Wilhelm and Wilhemina KRUEGER BRECK came to NE from Minier IL.They were from Germany/Prussia, originally.They lived in the East Muddy Pct, not far from Snowball School.At some point in NE the 's' was added to the end of their name.

(Lizzie) b. 1889 d. unmarried Hattie A. b. 1892 m. Mac MCMILLAN; b. Snowball Cem., E. Muddy (no children) Olga E. b.1893 m. Reinhard MILLER; lived in Elwood (no children) Eleanore Maria (Nora) b. 1896 d. unmarried
Otto Brecks and Ruby Stoddard Brecks had: Lola G. m. Don PATTERSON (lived at times in Gosper Co.) issue 1 Vivian m. 1)Earl CALDWELL issue 1; 2) Bob GREEN issue 1; 3) Leonard THOMAS issue 1 Oma m. Jick EBY This Brecks family ended up in So Cal, in the Los Angeles area
KRUEGER:The Kruegers came with the Brecks, from Minier. In addition to Wilhemina Krueger Brecks, there was her brother August Herman Krueger, a bachelor, and Augusta Krueger, who married Herman Miller and resided in Elwood NE. Of their two sons, Willie and Reinhard, Reinhard married his cousin Olga Brecks.... they had no children.
