Nancy "Star" Libengood, Blairsville, died Monday at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital, Latrobe.
Born in Worthington, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Charles Bowser and Helen Josephine Stouffer. She was married to Jeff Libengood. He survives.
She loved her three dogs and making jewelry and crocheting things for her friends.
She is survived by two sons, Brian (Gloria) Winslow, DuBois, and Kevin Winslow, Texas; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Clyde Springstead.

Homer L. Anthony, 86, of 7300 Middletown Road, Galion, died Tuesday at Galion Community Hospital after a short illness.
Mr. Anthony was born in Kittanning, Pa., to the late Roy and Gladys Anthony. He married the former Helen J. Stouffer on Aug. 2, 1941, and she preceded him in death May 14, 2003.
He was employed for 25 years as a line operator for PPG Industries, Meadville,Pa., retiring in 1983. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II. He enjoyed woodworking, camping and fishing. He was a gun enthusiast.
He is survived by his daughter, Virginia "Ginger" Baker and Bruce Hipp of Galion; two grandsons, James and Shannon Baker of Galion, and Kenneth Jay Baker of Ogden, Utah; six great-grandchildren, James P. Baker, Anthony D. Baker, Craig A. Baker, Sarah E. Kitts, Ryan D. Sterner, Kevin M. Sterner-Cole; three great-great-grandchildren, Adrienne, Aaron and Justin Kitts; and his brother, Clair Anthony of Meadville, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Delbert and Bob Anthony, and his sister, Elnora Kunselman.
Friends may call Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home, Crestline, where services will be at noon. Military honors will be given by the U.S. Army and the Crestline/Galion veterans organizations. Burial will follow in Crawford County Memory Gardens, Crestline.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
