Based on Frank being born ca 1879 and that Joseph C. Harlow, 89, died Saturday in his home, 812 N. 2d Street, Edwardsville, Ill. He has been associated with Cleveland Leather Goods Co. and was president when he retired in 1952. Services will be at Lesley Marks funeral home. Edwardsville, at 9 a.m. today. Surviving are a son. Frank D.; a daughter, Mrs. Timothy Douglas; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a sister and a brother. His wife, Edna, died in 1965. Mr. Harlow lived in the Westlake Hotel, now the Westlake Apartments. Rocky River, before moving to Illinois in 1952.

Frank and Stanley's sister, Mary D. died 13 Jan 1987. She lived in Lakewood but died in Bay Village, both in Cuyahoga County. I don't have her obit but she never married, thus, no descendants.
