"Toledo Blade", Thurs., June 19, 1941, 2-32-2: George N. Schuster, 59, of 301 Bassett Street, repairman for the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railroad 31 years, died yesterday in Women's and Children's Hospital following an illness of several days. Born in Weston, O., Mr. Schuster came to Toledo 31 years ago and had lived here since. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Surviving are his wife, Anna M.; daughter, Mrs. Lolita Thielman; sons, Adrian, Richard and Donald Schuster, Toledo; brother, Fred Schuster, Toledo; sisters, Mrs. Rose Furry, Toledo; Mrs. Katherine Durliat, Cleveland; Mrs. Dora Holder, Springfield, Ill.; Mrs. Ida Warner, Detroit and four grandchildren. The body is in the Zahnle and Schramm Funeral Home, where services will be at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, and at 9 a.m. in St. Michael's Church.
The only Anna Schuster I could find, died Jan. 5, 1958 at age 77 but she may not have been George's wife. She had 1 son and 1 daughter, her brothers' surnames were DRAEGER, and she attended a Lutheran Church.
