I did a search for your Elizabeth, and this was the ONLY possibility that came up.My ONLY problem with this, is that Monroe Co. is one of the most southern bordering counties, and Cuyahoga is one of the northern bordering counties.By that, I mean that Cuyahoga borders on the Lake Erie, and Monroe borders on the Ohio River.As far north as you can get, and as far south as you can get.
