There are too many choices for Charles and/or Elizabeth in the 1930 census. However, I am fairly sure that Edna married Victor F. BREITENSTEIN between Sept. and Dec. 1925.
Victor Frank Breitenstein registered for the WWI draft in Cleveland on 12 Sep 1918. He was b 22 Feb 1881 in Dover, OH, was an employee of the IRS and his nearest relative was Mrs. Mary A. Breitenstein in Canton, Stark, OH.
He also registered for the WWII draft in Elyria, Lorain, OH. He gave the same birthdate and lived at 348 E. ?Hgts. Blvd., Elyria. The person that would always know his whereabouts was Mrs. Edna O. Breitenstein, same address. Victor was a clerk with First Savings & Loan, Elyria.
Now the good part! Victor and Edna are both in the SSDI at http://ssdi.rootsweb.com/http://ssdi.rootsweb.com/. Victor d 2 Sep 1975 in Lorain Co. and Edna d 5 Jan 1982 in Summit Co. The unfortunate part is that as of 1930 they did not have any children.
