My line: Nicholas-1, b Ireland. Possibly listed as Niclas Quinn in the reconstructed 1790 census of Bourbon Co, KY. On an 1803 voters list in Beavercreek Twp, Green Co, OH.
Matthew-2, b Ireland, d Greene Co, 1837. Possibly listed in 1790 census of Pennsylvania.
Samuel Calvin Quinn, b 1797 in Kentucky.
Hence my Quinns immigrated from Ireland almost a century before yours may have. Mine were Scotch-Irish -- Presbyterian. Were yours Catholic or S-I? If S-I, we may have a connection back in northern Ireland, say on the Hamilton estates. But it would take DNA tests to prove a recent common ancestor.
