Ruby, there is an estate settlement for.... 8-23-1862 Johnathan SMITH; admn Alexander COLLINS. The settlements usually contain personal property, and debts owed/paid, but I don't think this is the one you're looking for, since the settlement was before Jonathan died, unless there has been a cemetery transcription error.

I suggest you write/call the Holmes probate ct re: will of Jonathan SMITH, but he may not have one.
