This is a rather unusual enumeration. There were 11 people living at this dwelling, including the family of Charles Bostwick. The word "Hotel" appears to be written in the extreme left margin. The people enumerated at this residence are:
Daniel Miner, age 47, farmer, born N.Y.
Lydia Miner, age 48, born N.Y.
Charles Bostwick, age 27, farmer, born N.Y.
Maria Bostwick, age 22, born Ohio
Rosaltha Bostwick, age 3, born Ohio
D. Miner Bostwick, age 1, born Ohio
Lovica Wheeler, age 68, born Conn.
Abram Bennett, age 82, farmer, born N.Y.
Lydia Bennett, age 81, born Rhode Island
Parley Morris, age 20, farmer, born N.Y.
Cymantha Day, age 21, born Ohio
It would appear that perhaps Charles' wife Maria was the daughter of Daniel Miner, since her young son is named
D. Miner Bostwick. Whether the others are related who knows. It appears that the Miner's may have been operating a hotel or boarding house, in addition to farming.
In case this isn't the family you are looking for, I will mention that the 1850 Ohio Census Index had three other Charles Bostwick listings. Interestingly, all three were in the same northeast part of the state. They are:
Charles B. Bostwick, Cuyahoga county, Brooklyn, page 59
Charles F. Bostwick, Medina county, Medina Twp., page 433
Charles H. Bostwick, Portage county, Ravenna, page 259
As usual the handwriting of the census enumerator was poor, but, if I haven't transcribed the names correctly, they are very close. Hope this is the person you are looking for.
