>Otis V. Massey, 75, of South Toledo, passed away Friday, July 5, 2002, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, surrounded by his family. He had been retired after 28 years of service from Interstate Systems. Otis was a member of VFW Post 3338.
Surviving are his loving wife, Virginia; children, Mona (David) Honaker of Arnett, WV, Judy (Gary) Elkins of Apache, AZ, Barbara Alexander of Mesa, AZ, Michael (Debra) Massey and Cheryl (Mark) Wilson; 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; brother, Claude (Louise) Massey of Findlay, OH; sister, Nana (Troy) Webb of Cleveland, OH, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Walter Funeral Home, 4653 Glendale Ave., on Tuesday, July 9th from 5 to 9 p.m., where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Otis' name may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Massey. Surviving are her children, Judy (Gary) Elkins of Apache Junction, AZ, Barbara Alexander of Mesa, AZ, Michael (Debra) Massey of Sylvania, OH, and Cheryl (Mark) Wilson of Toledo, OH; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; also 4 brothers; 3 sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Walter Funeral Home on Sunday, December 22, from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. from the funeral home. The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff of Visiting Nurse Hospice. Remembrances in Virginia's name may be made to Visiting Nurse Hospice.
