Two COOPER children were born in Lucas County in 1890 and 1893.
A girl was born 30 Dec 1890 whose parents were Frank S. and Bell. A boy was born 16 Jan 1893 and his parents were Frank and Isabella. Possibly the children were related if Bell and Isabella are the same woman.
There were three draft registrations for WWI and the first in June 1917 was for men born between 6 June 1886 and 5 June 1896 so the Cooper boy had to register.
Thomas H. Cooper registered in New Orleans, Orleans Parish, LA. He said he was born 16 Jan 1893 in Toledo, Ohio, was single, lived at 1244 Con--- something street, was a policeman for the city of New Orleans and his mother and father were dependent on him for support.
Next I checked the New Orleans city directory. Geez, I love those directories! I checked the 1916 directory assuming that the data would probably be published the following year and bingo, there is Thomas H. clk 1244 Constance. Also living at that address was Frank L. Cooper.
If you think this could be YOUR Solomon/Frank I will continue my search.
