One John EICHNER is shown 1910 census in Toledo, Lucas Co. He was age 60, but his bp is shown as Ohio.
If you know when Ernest died and when and where John died, you could check their parents' names on their death certs, to be sure they were brothers.
The 1920 Ohio census shows a William F. (Willie in 1910?) EICHNER, age 33, bp OH, both parents' bp Germany; wife Emma, age 30, bp ?Iowa?, both parents' bp Germany. This family was in Fulton Twp, Fulton County. The image is difficult to read but it looks like the other two household members were nieces.
There is no John EICHNER in the 1920 Lucas Co. census. The ODI shows a John EICHNER as dying 9 Apr 1914 in Lucas County.
Also, a William A. EICHNER, d 27 Apr 1960 in Toledo, Lucas at age 72, who could have been John EICHNER's son.
If you check the township maps for Henry and Fulton counties, Fulton Twp. is two townships north of Washington-Henry, Swan Creek-Fulton is between them.
Liberty Center Village is in Liberty Twp. although just west of the Washington Twp. line.
The 1920 census for Ernest shows his bp was Frankfurt Am Main and Matty's bp was Bremen.
