From "The Blade", Thursday, Oct. 19, 1967, S2, P20, C5: Floyd F. Miller, 62, of 302 Lagrange St., died Monday in his home. A lifelong Toledo resident, Mr. Miller worked as a maintenance man. Surviving are his sons, Floyd of Canton, and William of Jewell (or Jewett-crease here), O; daughters, Mrs. Susie Adler, and Mrs. Betty Phillips, both of Canton and Miss Nancy Miller, of Chicago; brother, Fred Miller, of Erie, Mich.; and sister, Mrs. Beatrice Ahrendt, of Temperance, Mich. The body is in the Abele Mortuary. Graveside services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Forest Cemetery.
Without a definite date, I could not check the birth index for Fred-there were too many listed. There was no Orpha Miller in the index but there was a Beatrice. However, this Beatrice may not be the correct person.
From volume 8, page 167, line 5: Beatrice Miller, born 17 Feb 1907 Father: Harry N. Miller Mother: Hattie S. Epstein Residence: 1420 Michigan, Toledo, Lucas, Ohio
A copy of Floyd F. MILLER's death cert should show his parents' names.
