You can find original and copied Jewish Times at the Mahoning County Historical Society that is located in the Arms Museum in Youngstown, OH.I am sorry that I do not have the address of this historical society.I am sure if you search for it on a serarch engine, then you will find it.
I did alot of research at this historical society several years ago.I am not from Youngstown.I actually live several hours away from there.I had a cousin (who is now deceased) that was a member of that historical society and got me in there for free.I think you have to pay a small cost to do research there. It is worth the cost! The staff will copy anything you find there.
I don't know how far back the Jewish Times goes but I do know they have the 1930s.I copied my great-grandmother's obit from the Jewish Times that was published in 1935.My great-grandmother was Kate Greenwald Friedman.
I see from other messages that you have posted, that you are looking into the "Kravitzs" of Youngstown.Any relation to Rosie Kravitz that runs "Kravitz's Deli" in Youngstown?I am not related to this family. My father's friend once worked for Rosie at the Deli many years ago.My family always goes there everytime we are in Youngstown (about once a year) and buys bagels there.I have heard from relatives that Rosie still goes to work each day (she is probably in her 90s now) but lives in Levy Garden's Assistant Living in Youngstown.
I have info on the following Jewish families of Youngstown:
