The book Cemeteries of Noble County has the following listing: Nesselrode Cemetery Located on the Fred Keith farm, on TR-330, right, off CR-13, in an open field. Nesselrode (Christopher per family history) 20 May 1848 ae 74y 11m Nesselrode, Mary A 4 Jul 1873 w/o Christopher Ae 87y two foot stones J.N and C.N and several field stones, no markings. This was recorded April 1974 by Lois Blake
Finding this now come under the heading X-treme genealogy.
The revised driving directions- From Caldwell take CR-13 to TR 330A.The field is next to the Keith farm on land owned by the Sheriff.
The latitude of the field is 394520.4n and Longitude of 0813243.2
The field is no longer "open" it is covered in every stickery plant known to man, berrys, roses, apple trees, etc. The access is either over an electric fence or through a barbed wire fence.
Although we found the field we were not able to locate the graves. We received help from Fred Keith (the grandson of the above mentioned fellow) and he couldn't find them.He said "if someone would have bet me a thousand dollars I wouldn't be able to find those graves, well they'd be a thousand dollars richer!"
Just thought I'd send this update in case anyone else went looking.
PS Fred Keith probably knows exactly where the graves are now, his plan was to keep looking.
