You need to go to your largest local library, and have them order you in the sound-ex code micro film for the name of KEYS, for the 1850 Ohio and Indiana census.
The rolls of film will contain images that look like index cards, and on each card will be the name of the head of household of every one in that state, and every one who is living in the household with them.Their ages, and where they were born, and what county they are in.
You should find Isaac either at home with his parents or else at least where he was living at the time of the 1850 census.
It will cost about $4 or $5 for each roll of micro-film to rent them for about 3 or 4 weeks.
I have found numerous parents/siblings of people this way.
