Looking for Sutherlands, Fultz, Vansky

I hope to find any Sutherland, Fultz or Fuls, and Vansky that resided in Ross Co. in 1700-1800.It seems that so many settlers of Hardin Co. Ohio came from Ross Co. at some point.Thank you for your time.
