Thursday, June 20, 1946 Mrs. Pollack Levernier Mrs. Florence Levernier, 35, wife of Pollack Levernier, 621 Eighth st, passed away at7:30 p.m. Wednesday at their home after a two-year illness. A life-long resident of Scioto Co. Mrs. Levernier was born Nov. 9, 1860 (Looks like 8th or 9th could be wrong), at French Grant, a daughter of the late Joseph and Leah Moser Faverty. In 1885 she was married inPortsmouth. Mrs. Levernier was a member of the First United Brethren church. She is survived hy her husband;four children Mrs. Mary Kelley, 529 Second st., Mrs. Nellie James, at home, Mrs. John O'Rourke, 1510 Chillicothe st and Mrs. Lula Holbert, 10101 1/2 Gallia st; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Moore of New Castle, Pa., and Mrs. Josephine Freeman of South Portsmouth; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The body is at Melcher funeral home, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday.
